The SIR30216 Certificate III in Retail provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent in retail operations. Work would be undertaken in various retail store settings, such as specialty stores, supermarkets, department stores and retail fast food outlets.

This course is designed to introduce you to the roles in a variety of retail settings.


This qualification will help to provide career opportunities within the retail sector, with planned outcomes including, sales techniques, creative merchandising, customer service and administrative and team leadership skills and working effectively in a service environment​.
