Leadership qualifications provide a pathway to work in a diverse range of settings helping emerging and established leaders improve their skills and knowledge.
COURSE STRUCTURE
This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level are likely to provide leadership, guidance and support to others, it also provides an opportunity for employees to reach new heights and achieve set goals. With this, performance is enhanced as employees strive to develop their skills through the invested training. This allows employers to identify high potential employees who aspire to unlock their full potential.
The Nationally accredited program is made up of 12 units that have been chosen by Spectra Training based on feedback from industry and our Subject Matter Experts.
